When your account is restricted, you will not be able to buy, sell, trade, receive or withdraw. 


Your restriction can be due to one of two reasons at this time:

1 We currently don't provide service in the USA and China, accounts created there will be restricted.

2 You breached our Terms of Service. An example of this is:

"Customer takes any action that XS2 deems as circumventing XS2's controls, including, but not limited to, opening multiple XS2 Accounts or abusing promotions which XS2 may offer from time to time"

We will look into it and aim to resolve the situation.
