When you've lost access to the devices with your XSKey, you can reset it from your current device.


1. Go to your Account page

2. Click the 'Ive lost access to my XSKey - reset my XSKey' button

3. Follow the instructions in the email sent to you




Note that if you've deposited funds into your account, your XSKey won't be available for a week. This is for your own protection: if someone obtains access to your account they can't withdraw your funds until they've waited a week after resetting your XSKey. During this week you can cancel the XSKey-recovery from any already authorised device.

1. Go to your Account page from an authorised device.

2. Click the 'Cancel Recovery' button next to the device for which the XSKey is being reset.
