You may withdraw the contents of your wallets off of XS2.exchange at anytime. Withdrawing is easy!


  1. Select the coin you wish to withdraw or send
  2.  Click "Send"
  3.  Enter the amount you would like to send
  4.  Where to? This can be an e-mail address, phone number or wallet address (make sure it is a valid wallet address for the coin you are sending). Alternatively, you can get a shareable link, by not filling in anything at this step
  5.  Click send and away they go!



The person receiving the amount via email should see this in their inbox instantly, they can now simply claim the funds by clicking the link included in the email.

We keep all of our Customer deposits in cold storage (off of the internet) for security. As a result, all withdrawals are required to be processed manually. We process withdrawals as quickly as possible. We are located in Australia and withdrawal instructions are generally implemented by XS2 during usual business hours in Sydney. Expect withdrawals to be processed within a day or so, sometimes faster, on the weekends they might not be processed. In periods of high activity, withdrawal speed is also limited by the Ethereum blockchain that only allows us to process about 2-4 withdrawals/minute.
