To comply with applicable legislation, XS2 is not available everywhere.

In the XS2 Terms of Service, we have defined a list of “Prohibited Jurisdictions” where access to the XS2 Exchange service has been blocked or restricted.

"Prohibited Jurisdiction" means China, Cuba, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Pakistan, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunesia, USA, Vanuatu, Yemen and any other place where access to or use of the XS2 Services is prohibited by law or any other country subject to Australian sanctions or on the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) High-risk and other monitored jurisdictions list.
