XS2 is an Australian exchange and complies with Australian legislation as to what types of Cryptocurrency can be listed on the exchange.

XS2 does not list cryptocurrency that it has not reviewed or that does not comply with XS2 listing criteria, including coins/tokens that are or may be Financial Products (as defined by Australian law) or other regulated securities, derivatives, managed investment schemes etc.
