Verifiable includes confirmation that the email and telephone numbers are permanent (not disposable) and both the email and the telephone number are controlled by the Customer.
We may seek to obtain more specific details to confirm your identity while you are an XS2 customer. Circumstances that could result in our contacting you for further identity check might include things like: you have lost your password, your trading activity changes significantly, your trading patterns are unusual, we are otherwise concerned about your account.
We may suspend your account from trading during any period that we seek further information from you.
