If you want to use the XS2 exchange service, you must become a “registered customer”.
To register for the XS2.exchagne service you must:
Agree to the XS2 Terms of Service https://XS2.exchange/terms;
Confirm you are an Eligible Person; and
Successfully complete the online registration process.
"Eligible Person" means a natural person who:
- is at least 18 years old;
- is trading Customer's own funds;
- is always acting on his/her own behalf and not as an agent or other representative of a third party or business;
- is not a citizen of or resident in a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
- is not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or a family member or associate of a PEP;
- is compliant with all information requests from XS2 including for identification verification; and
- is in compliance with XS2 Terms of Service at all times.
Residents or citizens of some countries may have functions and features in accounts restricted from time to time for regulatory and complaince purposes.
"Politically Exposed Person" means an individual who occupies a prominent public position or function in government or international organizations and including their family members and associates.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction" means Cuba, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Pakistan, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, USA, Yemen and any other place where access to or use of the XS2 Services is prohibited by law or any other country subject to Australian sanctions or any place for risk, regulatory or compliance reasons..
