That's no good! But let's work it out...


There can be a few reasons for this, so let's work through it. First let's look at some basics:


Did you sent it to the correct address?

Please double check the deposit address you used with the address in XS2.


Did you sent the correct coins/tokens?

Please check that the tokens you sent are supported by XS2 and that you sent the tokens to the address for those specific token.


Did you give it some time? 

Deposits of any cryptocurrency are sent to XS2 using a blockchain.   


Blockchain deposits can take a while, depending on where you sent it from and how busy the blockchain network is. 


After you sent your tokens to XS2, you should have received a transaction ID. You can use this transaction ID to look up the current status of your deposit on the blockchain network. 


For Bitcoin, you can go to https://btc.com to search for your transaction:


For Ethereum or an Ethereum based token, you can go to https://etherscan.io/:to search for your transaction





As long as your transaction reads  'Unconfirmed', you will not see it in XS2.  Deposits sent to XS2 will not be visible until at the deposit has at least 1 confirmation on the network.  


After it says '1 Confirmation' it should be visible in XS2, however at certain times visibility on XS2 can be delayed because we use several different sources to verify deposits and some are faster than others.   After it's transaction has read 'Confirmed' for over 30 minutes, it should be visible on XS2  if everything else is OK.


You did all that and you still don't see your tokens?

For the best security on our exchange, we have very strict checks in place on checking deposits and there can be a variety of reasons it doesn't show up. If it's confirmed on the block chain and the details are correct, there's no need to worry, but if you've waited about 30 minutes after the first confirmation, please create a support ticket so we can look into it.
